Stay Cool is here to help you control your anger in the workplace, when travelling or at home.

Anger can create all sorts of problems: bad relations can make work goals unobtainable, reputation gets damaged, team members become scared to make mistakes – while at home, children run riot.

When we fly off the handle, our brains go to a higher ‘predisposed-to-anger’ default setting. Having lost our temper once, we are much more likely to fly off the handle later on, maybe at a relatively minor trigger. Not good for our health – or those on the receiving end…
